Masks must be worn in our restaurant at all times, except while seated and at all times in our gift shop. If you do not have a mask we are happy to provide a complimentary mask for you. We ask that every guest utilize the hand sanitizing stations before entering either building.

Only one person from your party may enter to place a name on the waiting list (if there is a waiting list, usually on Saturdays and Sundays only), parties must be eight people or less. Once you`re on the wait list, we can`t allow guests to check on their status to find out where their name is on the list, please know that we will not forget you!

Guests may wait in their cars until their name is called or you receive a text notification from us or you may visit our gift shop (occupancy will be limited) or wait outside adhering to social distancing guidelines. Our front lobby or inside any of our buildings cannot be used as a waiting or congregating area.
Paths to all entry ways will be marked every six feet with 'sap buckets' of course!
Taking reservations has not been mandated by the governor of NH. We have never been a reservation-taking establishment. Many years ago,we tried taking reservations, it was not successful. We will continue with our firstcome, first served tradition at this time and as always, no call a-heads.
Table requests cannot be accommodated during this time.
As we adjust to the new guidelines for serving our guests we ask that you keep your dining experience to 40-60 minutes. This will allow us the extra time needed to provide a safe and sanitary environment for all. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
